Certified Orthotist

Nicholas joined our team in 2020 as a Resident Orthotist after completing the Prosthetics and Orthotics Clinical program at BCIT. Here he received the Mabel and Arnet Pentlands First-Year Achievement Awards.

Nicholas graduated with honours from the University of British Columbia Okanagan Campus with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, as well as a  Masters of Rehabilitation Sciences through McMaster University.

His passion for the industry stems from previous work as a Custom Seating Specialist where he spent 3 years building custom wheelchair equipment for people of all ages and abilities. Working with a multidisciplinary team, he spent his time developing important technical skills and a patient-centred treatment approach to enhance the quality of life for his patients.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Nicholas has rekindled his love for mountain biking, and continues to pursue his other hobbies which include climbing, and drawing.
